Our shipping policy is first come first serve.  Items in your cart are not saved for you until payment is received.  If the product is on our site, it is in stock, and should leave our facility the next business day.

Mistakes can happen and if we don't have the product in stock due to an inventory error or a damaged product we don't want to send, we will inform you as soon as possible.   From there, we can either issue a refund, or ship the product when it is back in stock.


You must contact us directly for any and all returns.  We only accept returns for orders directly from our website.  If you ordered from a dealer or brick and mortar store, please contact them with any product concerns.

You will be responsible for return shipping to send the product back to us, and if an exchange is requested, shipping back to you is at our cost.
